Everything is: egg-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, nut-free (except coconut), soy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free and casein-free.
Is everything vegan? ALL of our baked goods are vegan & without any animal products or byproducts.
Is everything gluten-free? EVERYTHING is gluten-free. We are a 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen. No gluten product enters our kitchen.
Other allergens? Our baked goods contain: corn, rice, potato, coconut, apple, cinnamon, tapioca, canola, vanilla and gluten-free oats (GF oats only in our chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal cookie and funfetti cookie).
What type of sugar do you use? We use organic cane sugar. We do not offer sugar-free options.
How do I order a cake and how soon? Cakes or custom orders please inquire via email or our website contact form. We do not take custom orders through the phone. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. We do not offer same day or next day orders.
How do I know if my order has been finalized? We will email you an invoice with the details of your order. Once you have purchased the invoice, the order will be finalized. If the invoice has not been purchase after the due date, the order will automatically be cancelled. For walk-in preorders, the order would be finalized by purchasing the order and a written detailed receipt will be provided.
What payments are accepted? We accepted cash, debit/credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you deliver? Delivery through: Postmates, UberEats, Grubhub, DoorDash.
I purchased an order but have to cancel, am I able to receive a refund? No refunds offered for cancelled events. Depending on the order, you may receive partial store credit.
Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns.
How do I store your baked goods? The best way to store our baked goods is in an air tight container in the fridge. The frosting does solidify, allowing the baked goods to come to room temp is best prior to consuming.
Generally, how long do your baked goods stay fresh up to? Our baked goods stay fresh up to 2-3 days.
Where are you located? Cake Girl is located at 2100 E. 1st Street LA, CA 90033 inside of St Louis Drug Co.
What are your business hours? Monday - Saturday 1030a - 6p. We are closed on Sundays.
Is parking offered? Metered parking and residential parking is offered. There is also a yellow loading zone as well.
